Profile Biography
I am working as a Process Leader with Novelis Aluminum Inc, responsible for process, product and quality of sheet rolled aluminum product for the container market. I previously worked as the Supplier Quality and Customer Technical Service Engineer in the automotive sales division. Prior to that, I worked at Thyssenkrupp Steel LLC as the Quality Leader of Hot dipped galvanizing lines and United States Steel Corporation as the Process Quality Engineer of Hot dipped galvanizing lines.

I received my undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and my Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University at Bloomington.

I am an active member of Society of Women Engineer (SWE). I like to host weekend stays for international students and help them get adapted to living in the U.S. Over the years, I mentored students with various topics such as coursework selection, career options, job shadowing for engineering students, and STEM outreach.
