I am working as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I am a SWE Life member and also participate in SWE outreach and professional activities. I am also a Scholarship Judging Reviewer for SWE Scholarship Program for baccalaureate or graduate programs for freshmen, Upperclass students (sophomore – PhD) students in preparation for careers as engineers and computer scientists for the academic year.

I received a Life Member award at SWE17 conference for excellence and active participation in
SWE in Austin, TX, on October 26-28, 2017. I also received an Academic Leadership for Women in Engineering (ALWE) 2017 Grant Award supported by National Science Foundation and Henry Luce Foundation, Inc. to attend the ALWE 2017/WE17 in Austin, TX, on October 26-28, 2017. I participated as a role model at Invent It. Build it. in Austin, TX, 2017.

I graduated in 2015 with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, in Lubbock, Texas, working under Dr. Stephen Bayne. I worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at TTU under Dr. Bayne in 2016 and worked as an Instructor with good teaching experience for both undergraduate and graduate students at TTU till December 2016.

I am also a member in IEEE and Tau Beta PI societies. I published several conference papers and journal articles. I am also an reviewer for several conferences and journals.
