Shannon has a track record of strategic business development, with over 15 years of commercial experience across energy, electrical distribution, and lifecycle services industries. She also brings a global perspective from previous positions held in Monterrey, Mexico, and Mannheim, Germany.

Currently, Shannon is the Director of Customer Channel for Schneider Electric, the world's most sustainable company providing energy and digital automation solutions for efficiency and sustainability. Shannon is a passionate mentor and advocates recruiting and retaining diverse talent; she promotes employee engagement by establishing strategic partnerships for Schneider Electric's Black Professional Employee Resource Network (BP ERN).

Before joining Schneider Electric, Shannon spent over a decade at Caterpillar, Inc., the world's largest construction and equipment manufacturer. Shannon's expertise ranged from commercial operations to program management, marketing, and digital transformation.

Shannon's philanthropic endeavors include serving on the American Council's Board of Trustees and serving her local community, promoting children's growth and development through the Williamson County Area Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
