Profile Biography
I am a founding Director of Technically Learning (TL), a Seattle-based non-profit organization, and President of the Board of Directors. I hold a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and am currently a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft working on designing the Windows user experience.

I am passionate about improving public education and increasing the representation of women in technical fields. I understand first-hand the challenges of pursing a technical career as a woman within a largely male environment, and for many years, I have mentored girls and women involved in computer-related fields.

I believe that TL's Robotics Program, based on real-world applications, will inspire more girls to be interested in math and science and give them valuable experience on which to base further study.
My Experience
I have been a Role Model many times.
