Profile Biography 
Dr. Kyomi Gregory is an Associate professor at Pace University in the communication and sciences disorders department. Her research interests include child language acquisition and assessment in culturally and linguistically diverse populations, parent/teacher training and prevention models in speech-language pathology, inter-professional education and regional dialect differences. She has over a decade of experience mentoring young people. She has practiced as a certified speech-language pathologist since 2008 in early intervention, school-based services, hospitals, and long term care. She currently serves on the board of directors for the National Black Association of Speech-Language-Hearing (NBASLH) and works with the mentorship program. She received her Ph.D. from Louisiana State University, Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from University at Buffalo, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from SUNY-New Paltz.
