I am currently a Human Resources Information Systems Specialist. Before I entered into the field of human resources, I served as a fiscal manager of grant accounting for many years. The transition of my career has granted me with endless opportunities in the world of "Big Data". I love what I do and have developed an immense passion for analytics. Analytics takes an otherwise ordinary and mundane activity and makes it more exciting and engaging.
Currently, I am focusing on taking what one could consider meaninglessly data and infusing it with computational thinking to find solutions for process improvements.
