Profile Biography
I grew up always having an interest in math and science. It wasn't until I went to a Women In Technology camp after 8th grade that I really knew I wanted to be an engineer. During the week of camp I got to play with real robots that are used to manufacture products I use every day and thought that was really fun. From then on, I was determined to get to work with those robots for my career!

I like getting involved in the community through FIRST and the Society of Women Engineers. I have been the FIRST Lego League (FLL) tournament director for the last few years in my town and I am always impressed by the robots that show up.

When I am not working, I love to travel and see all parts of the world. I have been able to visit 6 of the 7 continents and over 40 countries! When I am home I like to hang out with my friends and play games, cook, read, do puzzles, and go to the theatre.
