Profile Biography
I am proud to say that most of my career I have been the only female. Starting right out of high school I was the only female millwright apprentice at my first factory job. After that I worked for companies that allowed me to take classes using their tuition reimbursement programs and am about one year away from having my bachelors degree for free. I am also the first/only female floor supervisor in my current role. I believe that work is work and it doesn't matter if you are a boy or a girl as long as you are willing to work.
