Profile Biography
I’ve been leading the way since college as one of the first women to graduate from the Virginia Military Institute, a top graduate from Naval Nuclear Power School, and a scientist-turned-engineer on multiple Autonomous systems in 3 different industries. I'm always excited to meet young people who aren't afraid to dream big and find that next challenge!

I work for The Boeing Company at Kennedy Space Center in central Florida. I am a senior engineering manager, where I am responsible for the execution of a multi-million dollar factory build of aerospace products. I own the scheduling, procurement, testing, and integration of the entire system through the entire build process and I am the "up and out" from our factory floor to our senior management on the program and within Boeing to ensure resources are properly allocated for successful schedule execution.

My job requires patience, good communications, the ability to see "the big picture", a solid understanding of engineering drawings, strength analysis, process specifications, and of course...the ability to make endless spreadsheets and power point presentations!
