EdLab Group, Platform Shoes Forum, Smith College, and Motorola have leveraged their joint strengths to facilitate innovative collaboration and dissemination, online learning, and STEM education, creating a participatory, collaborative, inquiry-based online culture for over middle and high school girls, and women in STEM professions. The FabFems Directory uses cyberlearning tools, career pathways, training, and dissemination to broaden female interest, participation, and retention in STEM fields.
